These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InAll mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App" or "Service"), operated by InAll ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If we become aware that an account belongs to a user under 18, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate that account.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account (via email/password or Google sign-in).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at support@inallapp.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Description of Service
InAll is a modular productivity application offering, among other things:
- Student tools: attendance tracking, assignment management, exam countdowns, flashcards, and published/shareable notes
- Personal tools: habit tracking, goal setting, mood tracking, hydration reminders, and journaling
- Finance & business tools: income/expense tracking, shared ("roommate") expense splitting, inventory management, customer/lead tracking, sales tracking, and appointment scheduling
- Notifications: local on-device reminders (such as assignments, habits, finance, business, re-engagement, and fitness alerts) and server-triggered alerts (such as subscription and social notifications) related to the above features
- Advertisements: The Free tier of the App includes third-party advertisements delivered via Google AdMob. Premium and Pro subscriptions provide an ad-free experience.
We may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion, with or without notice.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- InAll offers Free, Premium, and Pro subscription tiers.
- Paid subscriptions are billed and processed through Google Play Billing. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information.
- Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are as displayed at the time of purchase within the Google Play Store.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to Google Play's refund policies. We do not independently guarantee refunds outside of what Google Play permits.
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing or features with reasonable advance notice.
5. User Content
- Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you create or upload through the App (e.g., notes, journal entries, expense records, uploaded images/files) ("User Content").
- License to us: By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you (including via our third-party service providers such as Firebase and Cloudinary, as described in our Privacy Policy).
- Shared/published content: Where you choose to use "publish" or "sharing" features (e.g., published notes, shared expense groups), you are responsible for the content you choose to share and with whom.
- Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, other users' accounts, or our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or security features
- Submit falsified purchase tokens, receipts, or payment information to obtain unauthorized access to paid features
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App without our prior written consent
- Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions.
7. Admin and Support Access
Certain authorized personnel ("Admins") may have limited access to account-level and usage data (such as subscription status and broadcast notification tools) for the purpose of providing support, managing subscriptions, and operating the Service. Admins do not have general access to your private notes, journal entries, or personal records except as reasonably necessary to investigate reported issues or abuse.
8. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services, including Firebase (Google) for notifications and authentication, Cloudinary for media hosting, Google AdMob for displaying advertisements (on the free tier), and Google Play Billing for payments. Your use of the App is also subject to the applicable terms of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues caused by third-party service providers beyond our reasonable control.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, branding, logos, and underlying software, is owned by InAll and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the App other than the limited right to use it as permitted herein.
10. Termination
- By you: You may delete your account at any time through the App's account settings. Account deletion is permanent and will result in the deletion of your associated data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- By us: We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Features such as attendance predictions, reminders, and notifications are provided for convenience only and should not be relied upon as your sole record-keeping or academic/financial management system.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InAll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InAll, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
